Hey there, I'm Tommy

I'm a Physician Associate with a background in behavioral health and a lifelong commitment to public service - first as a Marine, then as a clinician. My path to this work wasn't just academic or conventional. I've spent months in Mexico and Peru learning from indigenous healers and I've worked for years alongside people navigating the intersection of western medicine and natural healing. I know this world from many perspectives - scientifically, spiritually and personally. I serve those who want to approach sacred medicine healing with a clear understanding of their own safety.

Psychedelic therapy is transforming lives. It's also being pursued without the guidance it deserves medically, experientially, and personally. Most people ready to walk this path don't have access to a clinician who truly knows this space. Someone who can look at your full picture - health history, medications, life situation - and walk alongside you in that decision. Not as a gatekeeper. But as a fellow being with experience to help you move forward safely.

Psychedelic Readiness & Safety Consultation

Before any journey, you deserve to know where you stand. I conduct in-depth, one-on-one clinical risk assessments and safety planning that evaluate your full health picture and any factors that could impact your safety. You'll leave with clarity about your risk profile, honest feedback on how to improve risk prior to an experience and supporting documentation. If appropriate Either a confident green light or an honest and compassionate conversation about what needs to come first.

What's Included?

  • Review of intake form and any relevant medical records

  • A personalized review of your medications, diagnoses, and supplements to include how they may interact with the psychedelic you're considering, and practical steps to reduce your risk

  • A 60 minute 1:1 conversation focused on one plant medicine of your choice

What's Not Included?

  • Coverage of more than one plant medicine - each requires its own separate consultation

  • A recommendation or endorsement to use any controlled or illicit substance

  • A medical clearance or guarantee of safety

  • Prescriptions, lab orders or active medical or psychiatric management

  • Guidance on where or how to obtain any substance

  • A guarantee of outcome should you choose to move forward with a plant medicine experience

  • Follow-up questions on new or unrelated topics - those require a separate session
